Responding to Incoming Inquiries
Get paid exactly what you want every time.
New Inquiries from customers will come in the form of a proposal summarizing the request.

If the Vehicle is unavailable, Select the date and time of the conflicting time periods.

The System will update the times to ensure that a customer request does not conflit with this going forward.
If the vehicle is available you will be encouraged to select a rate for the request. Here you will have access to all of your saved rate structure for easy usage or the ability to create a new one.
Base Price: The Price per hour of your vehicle.
Transit Location Fee: The cost for travel time based on the requested pickup and drop-off addresses.
Fuel Charge: The calculated amount to cover fuel expenses.
Driver Gratuity: The included amount for the driver’s tip.
Total: The full amount you will be reviving from the customer.
Deposit: The upfront amount a traveler must pay to secure their booking.
Amount Due: The remaining balance to be paid after the deposit if the traveler hasn’t paid in full.

Once a new rate is created you will have the ability to save the rate structure for quicker use in the future.

Once confirmed a proposal will be sent to the customer with the rate that you provided. You will be notified whether they accept or decline your offer.
