My is my vehicle not displaying on the website?
If your vehicle is not appearing on the website, here are the common reasons and how to resolve them:
1. Out of Engagement (Impression) Credits
Your account has run out of impression credits.
Solution: Ensure a valid credit card is on file and recharge your balance.
2. No Base Rate Assigned
A base rate has not been set for the vehicle.
Solution: Go to the vehicle settings and assign rates for every day of the week.
3. Not Assigned to the Active Season
The vehicle isn’t linked to the current season.
Solution: Check the season settings. Note that default rates often apply to off-season periods.
4. Booked or Blacked Out
The vehicle is either already booked or blacked out.
Solution: Toggle the “Show Booked Vehicles” option to verify its status.
5. Filtered Out
• Filters or amenities applied are hiding the vehicle.
• Solution: Clear or adjust filters to include the vehicle type and amenities.
By following these steps, you can quickly resolve visibility issues and ensure your vehicles are available for booking.
