What is Allowance Time?

Allowance Time also known as Dead Head Credits is the amount of time that you offer as credit before being calculated into your transit location fee.

Example 1

If pickup is 60 minutes away and you have a 20-minute allowance. THEN the Rate will calculate for 40 minutes of additional travel time.

Example 2

If pickup is 20 minutes away and allowance time is Greater than or Equal to 20 minutes then there will not be a charge applied.
