Quick Start

If you are accessing Ridehire for the very first time you are in the right place. This is a step by step guide to get your vehicle live on the platform in as little as 30min.

Access and save the Affiliate Portal

• Visit https://affiliate.ridehire.com and Login With the User Name and Password.

Save this URL to your phones home screen to make it assessable quicker in the future. ​If you need assistance on how to do that an article may be found here.

Connect a Stripe Account

Ridehire Uses Stripe Payment Processor to process and send payments directly to you your bank account.

• From the main menu go to Settings > Integrations > Stripe and follow the instructions to Connect your Stripe account this is necessary to receive payouts.

If you do not have a stripe account enter you email and follow the instructions to add a password to confirm a new one. For More information on Creating a Stripe account for the first time and adding your bank account click here.

Add A Card to Your Wallet

This is used to pay for the interactions generated by customers interested in your vehicle.

1. Add A card to your Wallet.

From the main menu go to Settings > Company Billing and add a Card.

1. Add Credits to your account

Once your Card is added you may add a balance of your choice to get stated. Once added You can Suggest at what amount the system should recharge to keep your fleet visable.

Add Your Fleet

• From the main menu go to Vehicle Management > Add a vehicle Complete each section in its entirety scroll down and click submit.

Tip: If You have similar fleet vehicles you may copy the vehicle once created and edit it's unique information accordingly to avoid filling out the information multiple times.
