How can I manually book a customer?

Open the Booking Tool Confirm it is "Manual Reservation" from the dropdown.

Step 1: Ride Info

Note that Promo codes are not required. But maybe used to validate a request is eligible for the offer.

Step 2: Select a Vehicle

When selecting a vehicle you have the ability to update the suggested price. The difference will automatically be added to your base price when generating a quote for your customer.

You can not suggest a price less than the suggested amount. If you wish to allow the customer to save further you must create and offer.

Step 3: Final Details

Once a vehicle selected Fill out the customer's contact information.

Once complete you will have the option to share that quote directly with the customer as a proposal.

The ability to do point to point or Daily Reservations is not an option at this time.
