How Leads Work

1. Travelers Discover your vehicle though our website or other sources thought the web.

2. A new lead is delivered to your device.

3. You can respond as Available or Unavailable.

4. If available, confirm a saved rate or create a new one.

5. Once submitted, Ridehire distributes your rate and shares traveler contact info.

You are never required to respond to a lead. Only accepted leads deduct from your balance.

Marking Your Vehicle as Available

When available, you can:

• Select a saved rate from your account.

• Create a custom rate directly in the flow.

Custom Rates

Click Create Custom Rate to enter a new price.

• You may also name and save it for future use.

• Add Pickup Allowance Time (also called “Travel Time”) to include a grace period before billing begins.

Pickup allowance is the number of minutes applied before the price starts to calculate.

3. Top-off your account — ensure you always have lead balance.

Adding a vehicle photo to your first message increases booking chances significantly.
